We are a non-profit organization. Our administrative home base is in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our members are other non-profit organizations

Our members are non-profit organizations for men who have sex with men, and with an interest in masculine fetishes lite leather, rubber, skin, uniform, mc, etc.

We currently have eight member clubs (organizations) in five countries.

Slim-lined

As Top of Europe it self do not have any activities besides fostering bonds of brotherhood between our member clubs, we have a very slim-lined body consisting of one Secretary General and one Under Secretary.
